1. Our Services
HS Print Craft provides printing and signage solutions including but not limited to Flex Banner Printing, Eco Vinyl Printing, One Way Vision, Canvas Printing, Wallpaper Printing, Glow Sign Boards, ACP LED Boards, Name Plates, Rollup Standees, Radium Stickers, Acrylic Laser Cutting, Custom Gift Items, Visiting Cards, Brochures, and Office Stationery. Product specifications, materials, and finishes may vary slightly based on project requirements and availability.
2. Quotes & Orders
All quotations provided (via phone, WhatsApp, email, or the website contact form) are estimates based on the information given by the customer and are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Final pricing is confirmed only after design files, exact dimensions, quantities, and material specifications are finalized.
An order is considered confirmed only after the customer approves the design/proof and, where applicable, makes the required advance payment.
3. Design & Artwork Approval
Customers must provide print-ready artwork, or request our design assistance (additional charges may apply).
We are not responsible for errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect colors, low-resolution images, wrong dimensions, etc.) present in artwork approved by the customer.
A digital or physical proof may be shared before production. Production begins only after written or verbal approval (including WhatsApp/email confirmation) from the customer.
Any changes requested after approval may incur additional costs and affect delivery timelines.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in INR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
For custom and bulk orders, an advance payment (typically 50% or as agreed) may be required before production begins, with the balance due before or upon delivery/installation.
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Payment terms may be adjusted for regular/corporate clients on a case-by-case basis.
Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment terms are met.
5. Delivery & Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times (including same-day/express options) are provided at the time of order confirmation and depend on order size, complexity, and current workload.
While we strive to meet all committed timelines, delays due to artwork approval delays, material availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of HS Print Craft.
Delivery/installation charges, if applicable, will be communicated separately and are not included in the base product price unless specified.
6. Color & Print Variation
Due to differences in screen displays, printing techniques, and materials, slight variations in color, texture, or finish between the digital proof and the final printed product may occur. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.
LED and glow sign boards may show slight variation in brightness/color temperature based on lighting conditions and viewing angle.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled only before production has started. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible as materials and labor are already committed.
Advance payments are non-refundable once artwork is approved and production has commenced.
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will offer a free reprint/correction or an appropriate refund at our discretion, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
8. Installation Services
For services involving on-site installation (signboards, LED boards, wallpaper, etc.), customers must ensure safe and clear access to the installation site.
HS Print Craft is not liable for pre-existing structural issues, electrical faults, or damages arising from improper site conditions.
Warranty on installed products (e.g., LED lifespan) covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage from misuse, weather, tampering, or third-party handling.
9. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any logos, images, text, or designs submitted for printing. HS Print Craft is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied content.
Any original designs created by HS Print Craft for a customer remain our intellectual property unless a separate agreement transfers ownership.
We may showcase completed projects (photos of banners, signage, prints) in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes, unless the customer requests confidentiality in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
HS Print Craft's liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or revenue, arising from the use of our products.
11. Website Use
Content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of HS Print Craft and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We reserve the right to update website content, pricing references, and these Terms at any time without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
